We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and deliver your eyewear safely and securely.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

- Provide your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging
Damaged items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
