All eyewear is shipped in protective packaging including a case and cloth.

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and deliver your eyewear safely and securely.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

All orders include tracking.

Incorrect Address Details

Wollumbin is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by customers.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us via the Support button so we can investigate with the carrier.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 15 calendar days
  • Provide your name, order number, and clear photos of the item and packaging

Damaged items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
