Refund policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Sunglasses must be returned with the original case, cloth, and packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items in their original packaging or use a box that appropriately protects the item(s). Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.
A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
When sending your item back, please include:
- Packing slip or order number
- Reason for returning the item
To begin the return process, please contact us via the Support button in the bottom right of any page on our website.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that your returned item has been received and is being inspected. We will then notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
Please allow up to seven business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
